Context

EigenLayer had a classic infrastructure problem: the technology was powerful, but most developers didn't know what AVSs were, why they mattered, or where to start.

EigenTimes was built to close that gap. My work was to build the bridge - programs, onboarding, content, events, partnerships, and community systems that turned curiosity into contribution.

  • Designed onboarding flows, contributor systems, member tiers, leaderboards, knowledge hubs, and community infrastructure from scratch.
  • Built creator/UGC loops through bounties, content IPs, and community campaigns that generated 1M+ impressions.
  • Organized and supported 16+ events across India, UAE, Turkey, Taiwan, Nigeria, Argentina, Shanghai, and more.
  • Ran a 4-city India college workshop tour reaching 500+ students.

Context

Founder House was a 7-day founder residency during India Blockchain Week and ETHIndia. In a week where every event is competing for the same attention, execution quality is the only real differentiator.

My work was high-context ops: applications, founders, speakers, sponsors, comms, live scheduling, and making sure things didn't fall apart.

Impact

  • Helped run a 7-day founder residency during IBW and ETHIndia 2024.
  • Managed a 200+ application funnel and helped filter it down to 15 selected founders.
  • Coordinated stakeholders across founders, sponsors, speakers, investors, and ecosystem partners.
  • Worked with leaders/teams from Aptos, Polygon, Base, Monad, StarkWare, Eclipse, and more.
  • Supported session scheduling, live moderation, sponsor coordination, founder experience, and social coverage.
  • Owned stakeholder communication across a high-pressure, multi-party environment.

The work was simple but useful: understand the right accounts, write outreach that didn't feel templated, follow up properly, and keep the CRM clean enough for the team to actually use.
